DDE Internal Assessment for Final exam.2020

                                                                                  NOTICE                                               Date:- 26.9.2020

                                                                       ( Internal Assessment )

It is notified for information of all concerned that Internal Assessment for Final Exam.2020 under Distance mode will be held through online mode as follows :

1. Date & Time of Internal Assessment for M.A. in Bengali, English, Sanskrit, History, Pol.Sc and Philosophy : 30.9.2020 , from 12.00 Noon to 2.00 p.m.
2. Date & Time of Internal Assessment for M.Com : 30.9.2020 and 01.10.2020, both days from 12.00 Noon to 3.00 p.m.
3. Question Papers will be delivered to the registered Email Id of the examinees half an hour before commencement of the examination for Internal Assessment. Question papers will also be uploaded on the DDE website then.
4. Examinees will have to write answers on single side only of A4 size paper, within a maximum page limit of 10 (TEN) pages only.
5. On top of the first page they should write only the Subject & Roll No.
6. On top of each page they should write Serial No. of page (like 1,2,3 etc.)
7. After the examination, they must send the answer-script, uploading in a merged single PDF file, through the Link of the Google Form (to be provided), within half an hour of the end of examination.
8. The Link will turn inoperative after 2.30 p.m (except Commerce) and after 3.30 p.m (for Commerce).

Google Form link for collection of Students data (M.A Part-II, Examination 2020)

2020 সালের MA/M. COM, PART II পরীক্ষার্থীরা ওয়েব সাইটে প্রদত্ত নিজের সাবজেক্টের জন্য google form এর যে লিঙ্কটি আপলোড করা হয়েছে সেই নির্দিষ্ট লিংকে গিয়ে সমস্ত তথ্যগুলি পূরণ করে আগামী 28. 9. 2020 তারিখের মধ্যে অবশ্যই নিজস্ব email id ব্যবহার করে ফর্মটি send করবেন।

Form টি কী ভাবে  ভর্তি করে send করবেন:

Step 1.পরীক্ষার্থীর নিজস্ব mail id(gmail)থাকতে হবে, যে mail id ব্যবহার করে তিনি online এ পরীক্ষা দেবেন।

Step 2.ওয়েবসাইট এ নিজের subject এর পাশে দেয়া link টি click করতে হবে

Step 3 .link টিতে click করলেই,gmail id ও পাসওয়ার্ড জানতে চাওয়া হবে। পরীক্ষার্থী তার নিজস্ব gmail id ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে ওই link এ ঢুকতে পারবে, এবং link টি open হয়ে একটি form আসবে। form এ যে তথ্য গুলি জানতে চাওয়া হয়েছে সেগুলি দিতে হবে।

Step 4 .form টি পূরণ করে submit option এ গিয়ে click করলে form টি submit হয়ে যাবে।
